The individual training is preceded by a detailed consultation with an analysis in order to work specifically on the problems and achieve success as quickly as possible.

Through my many years of experience as a professional trainer, I have developed my own training concept to improve posture, relieve back problems and relieve tension.
The training is very varied, very effective and intensive in order to achieve the fastest possible results with regular use.
My versatility enables me to design the lesson plan according to the needs of my customers: from a rigorous strengthening lesson for advanced students or a gentle back program or relaxation lessons to combat stress with breathing techniques coordinated with flowing movements. The lesson plans serve both as prevention, therapy and to maintain health. In individual training, I am happy to offer mental support for overall well-being.
The basis of my classes is the pelvic floor, which ensures an internal and external appearance and general well-being.
A corrected and good posture is not only reflected in the external appearance, but also strengthens the inner mental attitude.
